You would have also received your A.G (authorized Griot) number key, and your Guest ID number key. If you cannot locate this email, send us a request for another one using the form below. Please allow us 24 hours to respond to your request, but most of the time it is sooner than that. If you are not an AG, you can visit the "place your order" page to obtain a new ID Code.
